Training Course Bookings
Fitness to Attend:
All training courses contain practical elements such as CPR, manual handling, and first aid procedures. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other issues that could prevent you from fully participating. Any incidents or accidents during the course must be reported on the day and documented in the accident book. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during training.
Booking a training course via email signifies your acceptance of these terms, including our cancellation policy.

Photo Identification
Participants must provide photo identification upon arrival for any course. Failure to do so will prevent attendance, and no refunds will be issued. Course fees will be forfeited in such cases.

Group Bookings
For group bookings, whether on-site or at our facility, confirming the booking and receiving the invoice implies your agreement to these terms. Failure to pay may result in legal action.
Course changes made less than 14 days before the training date will result in a lost deposit. Cancellations less than a week before the course will result in the loss of the full course fee. Transfers must be made in writing, and only one transfer per candidate is allowed.

Payment for Training
Payment for courses is due upon booking, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque. Invoices will be sent with payment details. Unpaid invoices may incur late payment fees.
Refunds and Cancellations
We have a no-refund policy for training courses once they have been booked and cancelled after 14 days. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 25% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing within 14 days of booking confirmation. Cancellations after this period will not be accepted. For bookings made within 14 days of the course, full payment is due. Unpaid invoices will lead to legal proceedings.

Onsite Training
For on-site training, the invoice is due at booking. If the course needs to be rescheduled, we require notification at least 14 days before the original date. Failure to notify us in time will result in the loss of the course fee. The booking party is responsible for ensuring the training facility meets our requirements.

Third-Party Training
If you book training for a third party, you must ensure the training date and venue are communicated correctly. Mistakes in booking will result in a charge for the full fee. Changes to the training date within 14 days of the course will incur a 35% admin fee. No certifications or paperwork will be issued until all invoices are paid.

Certification and Assessment
Participants must pass all assessments to receive certification. We do not issue refunds for failed assessments. Certification is only provided once all fees are paid in full. Replacement certificates are available for a fee of £10 + VAT.

Course Payment Methods
We accept payment via online and telephone card payments, BACS transfer, or cheque. All payments must be cleared before certification is issued.

Online First Aid Courses
When booking an online first aid course, it is your responsibility to select the correct course for your needs. We are not responsible for incorrect course selection, and no refunds will be issued for courses purchased incorrectly.

Failure to Pay
Failure to pay any invoice will result in legal action. Administration fees and interest will be charged on overdue invoices. For third-party training, a £75 administration fee will be added to any unpaid invoices.

Online Blended First Aid Training
All online components of blended courses must be completed before attending the classroom session. Failure to provide documentation on the course day will prevent entry, and the course fee will be forfeited.

Course Cancellation by Us
While we rarely cancel courses, circumstances may require us to do so. If we cancel a course, we will make every effort to reschedule it. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a refund, excluding any online components of blended courses that have been started.
By booking and attending our courses, you agree to these terms and conditions. For any queries or further information, feel free to contact us.
